I downloaded and unzipped the eye set but they don't show up in my game.

Hello, I'm sorry you're having problems.
There is no problem with the file itself, so please just check that it is in your Mods folder, or a folder inside the Mods folder, and not in a folder inside a folder within the Mods folder, as the game won't find them. That may sound confusing, so I'm sorry if it is
I'm sure you know what you're doing, but I can't think of any reason why they wouldn't be showing up.
Would you be able to give me a few more details?

Thank you It's actually EA/Maxis, makeup that came with the pack - I think that particular one is either eyeshadow or blush x
