This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

Pete's Living Room Chair
"Local chair-maker, Peter Piccadilly, has tried selling his hand-crafted living room furniture for years. Sadly, nobody's buying. Things look bleak for Mr. Piccadilly, so for Pete's sake, buy a chair before he does something drastic."
  • Converted from the Sims 3 for use in the Sims 4.
  • Comes in 26 Sims 4 colour variations.
  • Comfort level 7.
  • Costs 1000 simoleons.
  • Batteries not included.

Feel free to modify, recolour or use as inspiration for interpretive dance, but please credit me if you do... perhaps not for the dance...

Polygon Counts:

Medium LOD - 784
