This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

This Piano was originally converted from The Sims 2 to The Sims 3 by Armiel here at Mod The Sims, and can be found here: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=460006

Chimeway & Daughters Saloon Piano
"Chimeway Saloon has been bringing upright, 88-key, creative outlets into Sims' homes for generations. This specific model, The Saloon Piano, harkens back to the days when Sims of the Wild West practiced the art of the quickdraw, and could play the piano so fast that no one could even see their fingers moving."
  • Converted from the Sims 3 for use in the Sims 4.
  • Comes in 3 Sims 4 standard colour variations.
  • Costs 1100 simoleons.
  • Batteries not included.

Feel free to modify, recolour or use as inspiration for interpretive dance, but please credit me if you do... perhaps not for the dance...

Polygon Counts:
High LOD - 2780
Medium LOD - 2105
Low LOD - 1432

Additional Credits:
Armiel for allowing free use of the original.
Sims 4 Studio for both brilliant tools and brilliant tutorials.
TSR Workshop for clunky tools and adequate tutorials.
Jean-Luc Picard for being awesome, despite the notable disability of not existing.

i tried this... but its weird... it wouldnt let me place it anywhere except in giant rooms or outside where there was nothing for miles. Plus the arrows for placing it were backwards.

The arrows for placing the base game pianos are backwards as well.
This one does have issues with its footprint though as Sims can walk through this version.
I mentioned it a few posts previous and the creator said he would look into it but nothing has been done since. So, I dunno. The decorative slots are in the wrong place as well.

This is perfect for when you want a piano, but the keyboard is too simple and the grand pianos are way too much. Thanks!
