This mod is a replacement mesh/shape for the top part of sims. You will see the difference most clearly when male sims are naked, EA default mesh is not as buffy. Hope my explanation helps.

will sims become less muscular and more fat with weight sliders too or will it just make sims big with muscles on top?

The chest shape won't really change much but the body size/thickness and muscle detail will change with the sliders, like normal.

awesome could you possibly make a female boob top or dress with womanly shape for male sims ? im looking for a drag queen dress but this idea is the closest ive seen =D

You could try Simple Breasts by Simdulgence or try this:

Turn on testing cheats, type “ Traits.equip_trait Breasts_ForceOn “ then enter CAS (with fulleditmode on) and adjust as needed. You HAVE to have testing cheats on and enter CAS or reload the lot/go to a different lot.
