Eyeliner - Double Cat Tail by Request

I received a message from SammySama7 @MTS asking if I could make the eyeliner from this video: Twin Cat Tail Eyeliner by Mortem3r
So, I watched the video, and I came up with what you see here. This is my favourite eyeliner that I have created so far, and I thank
SammySama7 for the request, and Mortem3r on YouTube for her excellent skill with makeup!
It is for females aged teen through elder, and is located in CAS under makeup/eyeliner.
In the CAS and in game pictures, the eyebrows, blush, and lipstick were also created by me, the eyeshadow is from the game.
