Remember 22 Toboggan Way from Bluewater Village? Well, on the off chance that you do, I hope you aren't attached to it, because I have here today a complete remodel of that gray, drab, and uninspired house.

Upon reacquainting myself with TS2 over the past few months, I remembered how much I disliked many of the later EP homes and community lots, with Bluewater Village being a particularly guilty party. So, in the stead of the old 22 Tobbogan Way, I give you this modern bachelor (or bachelorette) pad. Although small, this home is by no means a starter. In fact, whoever lives here has (comparatively) expensive tastes, as the home comes with a full kitchen, dining for four (guests encouraged), a computer to handle your Bluewater business needs, living area, half bath, and a bedroom with a full bath. The yard has space for outside activities if you wish to include them.

My hope is to remake more of the lots from the existing neighborhoods, so be on the lookout for more Maxis Remodels!
No hacks or CC included. Please note, I created this lot on a Mac with The Sims 2 Super Collection, so you will need the appropriate EPs and SPs.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

What a lovely remodel! I absolutely love how the house has this flow going on with it, plus it looks great both outside and inside!

My mind is simply blown away. This is absolutely a beautiful home out of that drab, I hate to move Sims in there because I have to rebuild it, home. None of mine ever looked this sharp and modern. Thank you
