Nice lot, thank you! It would be great as owned business too (I'm thinking of the Build-a-City challenge) because it can start really small and the upper floors can be added once there is more money

That's the first thing I thought too. IRL, after climbing the stairs to the 4th floor, I'd be like, WTF, I thought that was the exercise?
