Looks great! I have yet to use the dirt terrain myself. I like your play on words also, haha (I was in the dental field for 40 years) gasp!

Thanks for this. This neighbourhood will be perfect (the canal/river is brilliant) for me to re-create the old Sims 1 Magic Town... And, yes, I intend to use the dirt terrain as I have a rural roads mod for it which will be perfect.

Your neighbourhood is good as it's nice and flat. Please see photo attachment. Have got the original Sims Magic Town in one little corner but can have a bigger hood - which 'wasn't shown' in the original game...
