hi, just wondering if anyone has noticed some lag in their game after installing some hairstyles from here? my game ran on high perfectly and now its very slow and i only downloaded a few hairs

Yes, I redownloaded just now and still can't extract them. It's weird, I never had problems downloading and extracting from this site :s

EDIT: Ok, it seems it extracted now although the error still appeared. I think there's 2 hairs missing in my game so I'm gonna check if they are now there. Let's hope that now the extract worked right

EDIT 2: Some hairs don't appear and 3 of them I checked and I have the mesh and the colours. I don't know what's wrong :s

EDIT 3: Ok, I noticed now that although my computer created files that were supposed to be the extracted files, they are empty, they have 0KB. Any solution? I don't know what else to try.

EDIT 4: Am I editing this too much? I went to the website you linked (http://letthemplaysimscc.tumblr.com...e+hair+bundle+1) and I'm downloading the hairs from there. I can only extract the ones on a zip only file, all the others on 7zip I can't. So, to be more precise, those I can't extract are "Helga 89", "Butterfly Sims 54" and "Trapping Solidity".
I don't understand... Also, on the download for the hair "Skysims 39" it downloads the hair "Skysims 12" instead.

So I had no trouble downloading these and extracting them but the standard Maxis parted hair keeps coming up in game when I try to select different hair? Meshes are all there and I've double checked each one. What did I do wrong?

Anyone else having the issue where the packages dont show up? I've downloaded both multiple times but when I go to unpack them, theres nothing in the folder. Anyone know how to fix this?

Thank you so much! As it has lately been SO hard to find bob hairs without long-deleted original meshes (USELESS, USELESS!). (Curses to Peggy, et al!!!!! YES, I mean it!! UGH.) ANYWAY, THAAAAAAANKS TO YOU, THOUGH!!! As there are several nice bobs in the first (meshes included) DL alone. :) I can now breathe a little better. :) P.S. Creators, TS2 rocks forever, so please don't delete your stuffs and don't be meanies like Peggy!!!!!!! ;)

Interesting upload, not least because I discovered the joys of Skysims creations as a result... after all these years too! It's also great to know TS2 is not dead.

However, SOME of these hairstyles might not show up because their texture dimensions won't be recognised on some systems and in some expansion packs. I'm not installing all the styles, but so far, Helga 89 doesn't show up at all, and only the mesh shows up for aWT Lara. Looking at the textures in SimPE, both those styles have non-standard texture dimensions - 1024x512 and 1120x752 respectively. Normally, I'd expect square textures of 512x512 or 1024x1024.
I've seen this effect a few times over the years and can only assume it's down to whatever version of BodyShop was used to create the packages (?). However, extracting the textures and Alpha channels and re-sizing them in PhotoShop, then re-building the packages usually does the trick. It's a bit time-consuming, I know, and I'm not sure if I can be bothered.
