Before you read on I want to make something clear: These island lots for whatever reason don't let your Sims enter or exit them by boat. HOWEVER! That doesn't mean it's impossible. All you have to do to enter and exit the house is to just have your Sim swim a little ways away from the house and then have them boat wherever they want to go. For some reason you can't automatically board a boat from the lot and go, you have to swim out to do it. Hopefully though, this doesn't hinder your enjoyment of the home

Do your Sims dream of living the island life? Mine certainly did, so I decided I would bring about a series of the perfect little island getaways for your Sims to enjoy. This is the first home in the Private Island Paradise series, a house built on it's own little island that can be placed anywhere in the ocean on a 64x64 size lot. The island includes a personal private beach, a separated mini island with a fire walk pit, a beautiful pool and spa area, a spacious back patio, a dock already set with a boat and jet ski, and, of course, the main house itself. This house is a three story, two bedroom residence, with the third level being a full covered deck where your Sims can relax and enjoy the ocean view from any direction. A lovely spot to watch the sunset I think! The main features of this home are as follows:
- A small, but cozy kitchen
- A full dining area
- Two bedrooms
- Three bathrooms
- An open living room
- A small office
- A glassed in sun room
- And, of course, the top deck.

I also want to note that this is the first time I have built an infinity pool for a house. It came out beautifully and you can see it in the photos. The hot tub is also build into a sunken space on the patio, which I thought would be a nice and private little place for your Sims to relax. There is also a pool bar and bathroom outside, while a set of stairs will take you down to the beach cabanas to lounge by the ocean! Perfect!

All in All, I really hope you enjoy this island house as well as the rest of the homes soon to come in this series and give your Sims the tropical getaways they so desperately need!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

The infinity pool would have been more awesome if you'd recoloured the walls to maintain the illusion of pool meets sea.

Yeah I know I just prefer it that way. A lot of infinity pools don't really match the seas where I've seen them. But you can always change it if you'd like
