"Base Game Plus" is a series of builds using only the base game plus one expansion pack. Expansion pack #1 is World Adventures! When your Sim is tired of exploring, or too singed or cursed to keep going, come home and put your feet up and recharge.

● Five bedrooms (one of which is decorated as a nursery and one of which is decorated as a guest room/butler's quarters)

● Four bathrooms

● Two-car garage

● Basement dojo

● Each collection has its own room and plaques labeling what goes where (treasures not included)

● Perfect-quality World Adventures plants, including all types of grapes, pomegranates, pomelos, plums, and cherries, plus flame fruit (since there are no planter boxes in the base game or WA, I had to use MOO to plant some things in the basement)

● Small backyard pond stocked with World Adventures fish

● Nectar maker and wine cellar

● Small attic space accessible by ladder

● Master suite fireplace

● All appliances upgraded

● Does that wall sound a little hollow to you?

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Nice looking Tudor revival. Your treasure rooms make me want to try WA's adventures again. Thanks!

It should!

"The whole purpose of this patch is to make the game more compatible with Origin and to add a new feature: Expansion and Stuff Pack Manager. There are no changes to the game code itself."

So I downloaded this house, but I can't seem to find it in the houses tab. Am I doing something wrong? What is the name of the house? Halp?

This house is awesome and I love it! But what's that about a wall sounding hallow? Is there an easter egg somewhere? I've looked over the whole house and can't find anything!
