-Lot: 15x20 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, living, kitchen, pool

-price: unfurnished 33,330
furnished 61,092

-tricks used: constarinfloorelevation, moveobjects.

Home inspired by a photo I found on the web photo , is ideal to take a break in the middle of any forest
(Where you enter a 15x20 lot, you know: edit city, place new lot etc) or to start a new life or new family with a modern and rustic touch.
(If it is a new domestic unit should use Freerealestate on so the house will not cost money, since it is somewhat expensive)
Has a fully functional hidden trampoline as seen in the picture, it only protrudes a little from the ground but does not interfere with it.

Include File "sims3pack" and "library", you only need to install 1. instructions on how to install the download library

I hope you like it

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I jus tove the "no support" wooden porch that surrounds the pool, while adding that white slab outline to it... great design indeed!

EDIT: Also, did you know you could shift the diving board a bit with certain mods like OMSP or Nraas debug enabler. That would mean no cipping sims. At least I hope that diving board can be lifted up...

Wow, I love it! Very playable and realistic.
Do you use a special program for your photos? They look perfect!

thank you very much! I do not use almost editing programs.
But I have 2 mods installed that make everything look more beautiful.
1- Saint Greer Lighting Mod (light but very realistic lighting of worlds) http://simplyimaginarypeople.tumblr...le-gift-from-me
2- No Glow mod (objects do not shine) http://simsl3gacies.com/downloads/
