Thank you all
@Morezza you can download them here. Other things by Criquette are definitely worth trying out too

Those crappy textures have actually been bothering me for quite some time now. Thank you for doing this. <3

Thank you very much for doing this . Many Simmers like to play with Strangetown, and I myself created a Middle Eastern vacation spot instead of Takemizu Village (there's a Default Replacement mod that turns the natives' kimonos into caftans), and this new desert floor texture will look great

I currently play almost exclusively in a desert hood, I'm looking forward to trying this out!

First off, thank you for making my Desert look more realistic!

Secondly, could you make a rich, realistically more green grass replacement as well, I hate the way the Maxis default grass looks, it's so pale in comparison to the deeper green, grass texture I use on my "lush" lots to make them look richer!
The deeper, richer green I'm referring to is the deepest green grass that's in Build Mode, where the textures are for dirt's and grass, you'll know when you find it and see what I mean as my basis for a Lush(Grass) Default Replacement as my humble request!

INFO for any new downloaders:
This PROBABLY conflicts with mods that change roads (like to make the roads look like dirt or sand). And post 13 links to "dirt roads", but they are just decorative, not road defaults

Stand up, speak out. Just not to me..

I use this with default road replacements with no problems.
