This is a great idea! I now can create grungy apartments with that "moved in but not quite moved in" look. :)

Haha, yes you can! Without getting lots of snowglobes in your sims inventory too if you use the deco version :P

I haven't tried this in my game yet but I just had a thought; does the box respawn after it has been searched or is it a one time only thing?

The tuning says it should respawn, but I haven't seen it happening yet, but maybe I wasn't patient enough..
