930 Medina in the Arts Quarter. It was made as a City Living Apartment, but I'll try to convert it to a small home some time.

Enter 930 Medina and go into build mode, then into the Gallery from there. Place the room into the apartment.

There are a few missing walls you'll notice, just be sure to replace them. Hit 'B' to quickly access walls and then 'E' for the Eyedropper tool so you can grab the right Wallpaper.
