Very nice build. Lovely! I would like to know is the lot specific/dependant upon any particular EP/GP/SP? I have everything except for Vampires and spooky stuff.

I'm sure you can do it without these packs. The objects used from these packs are absolutly to the minimum.

I made it a Sea Food restaurant. But do not hesitate to bring your own little twist into it.

I dont have all of the packs and it works and looks great in my game. I think it only removed 5 items and substituted like 10 items. But, no bad effect on it and it looks great.
