This is a real winner! Three bedrooms: One for mom and dad, one for a child, and a third for hobbies, computers, etc. Good open plan and flow. I removed all furnishings and put a linoleum floor into the kitchen and tile into the bathroom. Final cost: 12.5K simoleans. Works as a starter! Brilliant!
