Inspired by the application foundation provided in a prior contest, I decided to make a home for each family on the Round 2 foundation with the budget of 35k. I have also tried to adhere to the rules of the contest in regards to the families needs and wishes, to make this a fun challenge for myself.

This home has:
  • 4 bedrooms.
  • 2 full bathrooms.
  • Fire alarm, burglar alarm, and phone.
  • Space plotted for a driveway install later.
  • Hydroponic garden off of the living room on a small balcony space.
  • Toddler skill toys, potties and high chairs in kitchen.
  • Most of the requirements under the spoiler tag - Girly/goth teen room, playground area for kids, a "castle fort" with "fishing moat" - Wanderfall pic was not used.
  • Minimal landscaping, but enough to complement the house.

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.

Lot Size: 2x3
Lot Price (furnished): 34998

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Interesting house. I'm not sure I would buy/rent a house that had a moat around the playhouse for my small children. What if they fell in and drowned?

Want a specific style of house or community building? Why not take a look at my profile and see what I build and then come ask me to make it!

Haha, I knew someone who plays realistically would mention that. I don't think it's that deep to drown in, but I would love to see them try.
It's super easy to remove and I do hope players customize it to their needs/wants. Thanks for the comment.

That little fort is so adorable!! Really a great job making a house that size accommodating for such a big family. Love the kid/teen rooms.
