Presenting the third home on Frugal Lane! With a lovely brown exterior and a nice color theme inside, this home is a good fit for three or possibly four Sims if you do some rearranging of the guitar area. Coming in under 20k, it could also be a nice starter home for a single Sim straight out of CAS. Equipped with all the basics plus a few extras - radio, dartboard, video game system, and Rock Hammer guitar career reward, it's not too shabby a place to start life on your own or with some roommates!

This home has:
  • 2 bedrooms.
  • 1 bathroom.
  • Fire alarm, burglar alarm, and phone.
  • An assortment of fun objects - radio, dartboard, video game console and guitar career reward.
  • Inviting curb appeal with space for a future driveway install.
  • Minimal landscaping to keep the cost inside rather than outside!

Lot Size: 2x2
Lot Price (furnished): 19997

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Another great little home, thank you, I like the idea of the half walls separating the kitchen and living room from the entrance.

I love this one, G!! Awesome use of colours, and you're killing the geometric "rugs" as always. Great use of the half-walls too! ^_^

Yay, keep them coming. I love starter houses, and this one is so cute with the portico and flowers, and the layout is different, which is hard to do with so many small houses out there.

The interior of this house is gorgeous for the price! I downloaded this lot without looking at the pictures of the inside, and was taken aback when i loaded it up in game! Such nice carpet patterns. I really enjoyed this, thanks!

I'm always looking for budget houses for my Sims. I love how yours are decorated and your use of the half walls. I also appreciate that you have no custom content in this house.

@Autri - Wow, thank you. I am so pleased to hear you say you like the carpet patterns. This was one of the ones I was most pleased with in terms of the carpet. It makes me happy to hear you enjoy it so.

@aja821 - Thank you! Yes, most of the things I upload will have NO CC in them, as it a challenge for me to work with and easier to upload!
