This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.

This beautiful decoration was only given to us with ONE colour. Well, I can't have that! Here's 6 more to brighten up inside or out.
You will find this in Buy Mode/Decorations/Sculptures or Clutter, for 110 Simoleons, and I left the happiness value at 1.
