This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
Hidden deep in Debug I discovered a small motor boat that would be perfect for fishing or simply lounging on the open water.
Small Boat can be placed either on land or water. As it floats, it can be approached by your Sim either through swimming or via a pier.
Small Boat comes in five colors: aged brown wood, ruby redwood, brilliant turquoise, sea blue and the original pale green.

To make the boat, when it is in water, usable by a Sim or to be able to place objects in your boat, you will need to reserve a piece of terrain beneath it. See the images above for simple instructions. Depicted is the minimum ground required for your Sim to get into the boat. A larger area is need if you want seating or object placement.

Small Boat can be found in the Decorations category, under Sculptures.
The price of the boat is:100 Simoleons
