I am going to look at updating this tonight. I have never updated a game mod before so its new to me, but I am sure I will get my head around it. If it is just the career part that needs updating thats a five minute job. If the pet stats and tweaks need updating that may take longer. I will do my best to have this available tonight.

I'm on it, everything is working except the aspiration points, career is up and running as well as stats but still working out an issue with stats not changing when adopting a stray and no aspiration point rewards when stats change. Bear with me.

The mod is now updated with a couple of tweaks including earning money whilst training your dogs. A few things I still need to work on, such as adding a more ways to earn with cats, but for now, it's functioning again. If you come across any issues let me know.

Hello! I really would like to use this mod, but I'm having some trouble. I followed the installing instructions, but the career doesn't work. My sim is able to get it, but it says "unpaid" and the career tab is blank when my sim chooses it. Any suggestions?

How do you adopt a pet out? When I tried on the computer it said: "Are you sure you want to send this pet away?" That doesn't sound like the furry friend isn't getting a new home. Have I downloaded something wrong? Or is there a process that I'm missing?

g currently I downloaded it and installed it per instructions and I can get the job but no job times in panel..I really want to do this career. anyone have any info about this

Hello! I'm having a bit of trouble with this mod. I've downloaded all the of the parts and put them in mods. They show up as scripted in my game, and I can join the career, but after doing so this is all that shows up:

This has now been updated to the most recent game patch as of today. I have tested and all appears to be working. Please remember, your sim only goes to work for ONE hour, ONCE a week. This is to collect expenses for fostering animals. The animal aspiration works best with this mod. All features are included in the new download file. Any problems or questions, let me know.

as of November 24th, 2020, something with the mod is broken. when you go into careers after choosing the career it says performance is poor and the bar goes to the end over and over. where it says the days it's just "###". after you select the rescue career. in the notification wall, there is no text at all. I don't remember what else is broken but I hope it gets fixed soon (and happy almost holidays)

@PurpleThistles Hi, can you please update the Animal Rescue Mod for the July 2021 update its my favorite one and it sucks that I can't use it anymore due to the new Sims 4 update?

Hello. I also have problems with the mod. When my sim joins the career there's no text. And when it's time to go to work nothing happens. Everything else works fine, with the pet bowls. Would you please update the mod as soon as you are able. Thank you in advance. I love the concept about this mod, it breaks my heart to see and/or hear the strays. Much love.

Thank you for sharing your hard work and talent with us. This mod is awesome and fun but unfortunately I believe was broken with the last patch. Would you consider updating it?
