Breast Separation Slider - version 2, 7/30/2019

This slider replaces breast size with breast separation from the front view. The size can still be adjusted from the side view.

There may be some distortion of necklines and straps at the extremes of the slider, depending on the clothing.

Will conflict with any other mod replacing the female in female frame and/or female in male frame chest HotSpotControls.

Additional Credits:
Made with TS4 MorphMaker

Update 7/30/2019:
Replaced the bone morph with a deformermap (DMap) morph. No more disappearing chesticles! Otherwise it should work and appear identical to the original. Existing sims should retain breast separation settings, but I haven't tested this.

Wow that is basegame behaviour! It's so annoying. All my male sims look hideous lol. At least I get to keep this mod thanks for helping me understand where the problem was :D.

Hey!

I made my own slider with your awesome TS4MorphTool. I made a slider to form the breasts as well, so it conflicts with your mod. To counter that I made a package file combining both sliders, so I could get them both working at the same time. I hope you don't mind and I just wanted to let you know. Feel free to PM if there's something else you might want to do regarding the conflict! (I just uploaded my file, so it's not live yet, but it should show up soon.)

You should probably PM this to them....but also where is your slider so I can take a look? Doesn't look like it's on here?

I don't mind at all as long as you give credit for the sliders.

Yeah, I just uploaded it, so it's still pending and it takes a bit of time to be approved. I already uploaded it to to Sims Catalog (https://thesimscatalog.com/sims4/do...t-shape-slider/) if you want to take a look.

It worked for me before I updated the Wicked Whims mod. It seems that this mod isn't compatible with the current WW version. Otherwise, I'll have to look into it again because it may be the breast slider by readheadsims which makes it incompatible.

Just curious...what version of Wicked Whims are you using? I'm using Wicked Whims version 161c and it works fine with the current cmar_BreastSeparationSliderV2. However, I have NOT updated my Sims game to the Dec 7th patch yet.

It still works in my game, but I've seen reports of some sliders and presets not working after the patch, but haven't had time yet to look into it.

Great job making this. Could you please re add the old version? Just the separation. This one conflicts with the Hyperboobs mod, so I have to remove it, make a sim, exit the game and then add it again. If not possible, no worries. I'll still enjoy it, lol.

The old version affects the slider setup exactly the same way so it would conflict the same way. I don't have a good solution for you, sorry.

I'm having an issue trying to use this slider. To be honest, I didn't download the slider directly with the intent to use it to make sims. I download sims that others have made and this slider is included with many of them. On one of the sims I downloaded, the breasts were too close together for my liking and I tried to adjust them as it shows on the main page of this mod. All I could seem to do is increase/decrease the size or raise/lower the breasts. I couldn't adjust the separation at all. I theorized that it might be interference from other sliders I had downloaded with my sims. So I removed all sliders except this one, restarted my game, and tried again. Same result. Can someone please instruct me how I adjust the breast separation with this mod?

I haven't downloaded Sims so I don't know firsthand, but my impression is that they do not include CC and mods, you have to download them separately. Either way, since the slider doesn't show up in your game I suggest you download it from here and install and use it in the usual way.

The sims I download include tray files (not relevant to this) and all CC files that the sim creator used in making the sim. It's in these CC files that I received your slider mod.
Regardless, I found the problem. Hidden in my mass of CC was a breast slider that eluded my initial search. It was conflicting with yours and I have removed it. All is working now. Thank you for your wonderful mod.
