This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
Originally, the female black ball cap from Open for Business (afHairHatBallCapUp_[...]_black and tfHairHatBallCapUp_[...]_black) has exactly the same texture as one of base game ball caps. However, it's supposed to be plain black, just like the male version. This file fixes that mistake by changing its texture references.
