Will they work to change appearance of toddlers and pets (don't remember what EPs)?

@grammapat - Sorry hun, I can't answer that question, I have never used the medicine cabinet. Maybe @Simonut can answer that question for us.

@grammapat Yes the medicine cabinet work very well with changing a Sims appears, however to change the pets like for getting a collar you have to use the mirror that stand on the floor in the game.
However the process is to buy a collar at a pet stand or store, but when I send my Sims off to the pet store to buy a collar it had never show up in their inventory and it never work for me ( I don't know why )
The options to change pet collar had never work for me, so I have always created my pet and give he or she a collar in CAS.
