This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

Hi everyone ,

This beautiful baroque balustrade is not a true TS4 fence because we are not able to create custom fences for now. So there is three objects :
  • King's Balustrade - Post (550§) - Decor Misc. - 8 swatches
  • King's Balustrade - Railing (1100§) - Decor Misc. - 8 swatches
  • King's Balustrade - Diagonal (1550§) - Decor Misc. - 8 swatches

Happy Simming ,

Jim

Polygon Counts:
Object : High/Med/Low
Rail : 4166/3401/1784
Diag : 5146/3500/2183

Additional Credits:
TSRW, S4S, S4PE.
EA/Maxis for wood and stone textures, and for capital mesh.

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

I have downloaded almost everything that you have posted, & you are by far my favorite "content creator". Many of the houses I create for play are Victorian or mansions & your creations are perfect for that very ornate period. Thank You Very Much.

So beautiful, and I'm so excited to start using it. Could you possibly add a stair railing? That would be perfection, as those that come with the game really don't offer many options. Thank you so much for all you do.

Unfortunately I can't. We can't make custom stair railings for now...

That's too bad, but I appreciate the response. Keep up the exquisite work, and have a great weekend!
