Is the included cc also absolutely needed? I usually install houses with cleaninstaller preferably without cc

As for the CC, well... it certainly won't look the same without it, as all the windows, and most floors and wall paints are CC. However, you can always untick those CC boxes with CleanInstaller and exchange them for Maxis items as you please, it's all your choice! (Also, would love to see what you do with it in your game if possible!)

I have tried to install it without the CC with Clean Installer, but I can't find it.
I guess I have to install it with CC then.

In-game, it should be called '12 Meryl Street' because I forgot to rename the actual lot in my own game. I hope you find it. If you can't, do let me know, I'll try and help out as much as I can!

No I can't find that either.

That's really bizarre. I'm stumped--how about you try installing it again? If that doesn't work, maybe delete the first download and re-download it and then install it again?

I deleted groups.cache, accessory.cache and cigen.package. I deleted the installed files of the house too and then installed it again (with CC right away this time)
And I know find it in game.
Maybe this can be useful if someone has the same problem.
Although it also might have been because I tried to install it without CC.
But that had never been a problem with other houses before.
