This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

Want to see the effect in motion and get some more info, please click this Youtube Video Link:
Bakies The Sims 4 Custom Content: Animated - Placeable Fish - Sharks (it's only 6:08 minutes long)

This file has been UPDATED on 19-07-2019.
Now this item is also placeable on the Ocean's Water Surface

Animated - Placeable Fish - Sharks
One of the first mod ideas I had after seeing some sneak peeks of the Get Famous Expansion Pack, was making an Animated Placeable Fish - Sharks version!
So here it is! Perfect for adding more realism to your beaches or for making a nice Shark Aquarium.

This objects, just as most of my animated placeable animal objects, is totally invisible.
After placing the object, you won't see the sharks until going into live mode.
You can choose between 8 different swatches, which won't give you other recolors, but will give you different formations of sharks.
Swatch 1-4 will each have one single shark, but on a different height. Swatch 5+6 will each have 2 sharks swimming on different heights and the last two swatches will have 3 sharks swimming on different heights.
As swatch 1-4 all have only one shark, you can use those to create your own group of sharks too like can be seen in the video. You also need to watch it to see the actual effect in motion and get some more in depth examples of how to use them on both a beach/sea lot as in an aquarium.
(Also because this is a bit difficult to explain in only text, I just tried it, but failed)

Important note: You can't use the recolor tool on this item to change swatches, as each swatch uses a different tuning.
You need to pick them right out of the catalog. For picking them up after placing, move the mouse over the area where you placed it until the grabbing hand appear. You can also use the eyedropper tool and wait for the name of the mod to appear, then switch to the grab tool (H) and pick it up/delete it.

Yes you can! And an extra one with alligators or jellyfish or turtles or clown fish... very dangerous too...

i love your animated mods -- used the animated fish and they really spruced up my aquarium! however, for some reason the sharks, koi fish or jellyfish don't show up ((( i was wondering how to address this issue?

First of all, other then the animated fish, these effects appear below the invisible object instead of above it. I've just tested them in my game, but they still work.
Sometimes effect don't show up because of graphical settings. But as the fish do show up this probably isn't your problem, but you can try setting it on medium or high if it isn't already.
Other things that might be a reason for effects not to show up are playing in laptop mode, playing on certain lots in The Sims where for some reason effects won't work (So try placing them on other lots too), the time of the day or the season in which your Sims are right now. I always test my effects at 2pm in summer for example.
