Rapport Better exceptions

Unfortunately, this script would have some weaknesses. I still have it in my game. I just got an LE and the report speaks for it. The script is getting old and it could use an overhaul. The error is random and not harmful for the current game. Without revision, it might not work in future patches.;

To be clear to other readers: that mod is a different mod, not an update to this mod. It does have some of the same features, but it works differently.
