This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Someone on Tumblr requested the martial arts outfits from World Adventures for children, and I initially put it on hold because I wasn't sure I could do it.
After converting some shoes and the Bobita dress, I decided I was ready to tackle this project
It proved to be more difficult than I anticipated, namely in regards to resizing the arms, and fixing the bones in the armpit areas.
In the end, after numerous tries to fix them, I resorted to frankenmeshing the outfits with the child arms from the nude top, which got rid of some normal issues as well!
As for the armpit bone issues, they're still faintly noticeable in stretchy poses (the borders of the hemlines will sometimes clip with each other).

These outfits do not require World Adventures.

  • Both outfits are for children, unisex.
  • You can find them under Athletic, and they are NOT enabled for Random.
  • 4 channels and 3 presets, same as those on the adult outfits.
  • All LODs + the fat morph.
  • Custom thumbnails.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.

For Package files:

1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

For Sims3Pack files:

1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Absolutely brilliant, the kids look great in these and they're a cool alternative to the common-or-garden tracksuits. Amazing job, now all we need is a mod that enables the kids to do martial arts.

I'm wondering if you're planning on converting the Showtime genie outfits for kids 'n' teens? I know there's Kiara 24's Alladin and Jasmine outfits available here - which are great for the pint-size genies, but there's nothing for the teens, anywhere. It's one that the creators just seem to have passed by. If you're looking for a new project, that could be a good one.

Anyway, thanks for sharing these, your creations are first class.

@FerDeLance Mmm I'm not planning to at the moment, but I'll take a look at them. I have quite a few projects lined up and am kinda busy with life/work so I can't promise anything ^^"
