I like #12 even better than #11! Will modify this when I know the unfurnished price.

After taking out all of the lights, furniture, fittings, and plants, the lot comes to 12,358.

You have to be careful with certain careers with lots of frontage 1. Business, Military, Politics, and Paranormal careers all involve helicopters, which cannot land on these lots. Some non-Maxis careers may also involve helicopters. Best to use non-helicopter careers on these lots.

In addition, if a household has a child or teen, and a parent whose ride arrives at 8AM, there's only room for one ride at a time. When the first leaves the second arrives, but don't put off taking the first ride for too long.
