This is a great idea! For years I've been very annoyed at sales sims ignoring the confused shoppers. Even Pescado's "Business Runs You" doesn't help with that. I also like that it depends on the sales sim's personality instead of "everybody does this" or "nobody does this". I look forward to playing stores with this mod in my game.
