Maybe this is a really dumb question - as I don't know anything about modding - but will this conflict with other bill multiplier mods?

This is a very cool idea--I've always wanted to figure out a way to bill sims for the businesses they have! I have some questions though. First, does this mod affect bills in apartments (and dorms)? Or will a separate mod for apartments be needed?

Next, in the hopes of expanding on this mod, would it be possible to configure the mod to tuning by neighborhood. As in a player could set different rates depending on whether the lot was in the main hood, in a shopping district, or downtown? Cuz I'm not 100% sure I want downtown to have the highest billing rates, though, technically I guess bills are higher in the city than in the country.

Also, would it be possible to add costs to bills for vacation homes? If my sims are finally going to get billed on their businesses, I think they should also get billed for their vacation homes, instead of just having the one-time fee, you know?

@Phantomknight I opened up the file in SimPE and saw "is lot apartment?" in one of the BHAV's so I'm pretty sure it applies to apartments too. Dorms I have no idea about though, couldn't see anything with "dorms" in it. Also, simlr90 updated the mod so in the newest version he included your last idea about bills for vacation homes! Maybe you already know all this, but I thought I'd let you know just in case :-)

@vegan_kaktus, thank you! I saw the update including vacation homes but was still unsure about apartments since sometimes that's billed differently. So thanks for taking a look and letting me know!

Why the fuck would your location change your bills? Living in a city has nothing to do with your bills.

hey, great idea! could you also consider changing the bills' value depending on low/middle/high class of the lot? (the same mechanic that chooses the type of social townies to walk by the lot, there's also a cheat for that).

I'm curious if the private university homes and dormitories are affected by the bills AND utilities mods?
