This luxury home boasts four bedrooms - three double, one single - with an ensuite in the master bedroom. The main bathroom is a spacious, marble affair with a stylish corner bath and walk in shower. Bedroom three has a balcony overlooking the beautiful back garden - perfect for guests to enjoy their stay in your home. For the work-minded Sim, there is a study above the converted garage where they can escape the noise of the house (accessible from the garage itself for V.2 downloaders).

Downstairs, is a formal lounge and dining room, as well as a TV/sitting room to the rear. The modern kitchen features a breakfast bar and a door leading to utilities. There is also a small shower room - a large house like this needs that little bit extra to save Sims from hogging the bathroom!

Out back there is patio dining by the pool, leading down to a lushious garden area and fountain where romantic moments are just waiting to be made.

The garage has been converted to a gym and workshop for Sims who enjoy an active lifestyle.

Kinross V.2 (Patch 1.55 Required)

One thing I was really disappointed about when I first rebuilt Kinross for TS4 was the inability to re-create the half-landing stairs from the original TS3 build. After what seemed like a Sim's entire lifetime, I finally reached a compromise I was satisfied with... only for the September patch to come out with customisable stair shapes!

I had considered making it a separate upload entirely, but that seemed like an unnecessary amount of work considering how small the changes were to the actual structure and surrounding rooms. Instead, I decided to upload it to this listing with some comparisons and let you all decide for yourselves which floorplan you prefer.

Placing This Lot

All my TS4 lots are created with bb.moveobjects and bb.showhiddenobjects turned on. To ensure all objects show up as intended, I would recommend loading the lot from Build Mode with these cheats already enabled.
Also available for TS2 & TS3

Please do not re-upload or claim as your own. Theft is not cool. All I ask is that you credit me properly when using my creations as part of your lot or Sim by linking back to the relevant MTS page or my B2 Sims site (link in profile). Many thanks!

Thank you I like to challenge myself and a lot easier than I tought it would be considering how CC-heavy the original TS3 version is and the fact I have all TS3 expansions. As with the TS2 version, I was worried the overall style may be compromised by the lack of freedom for colour change due to the set swatches, but I'm really happy with how it's turned out.
