Thank you the mod works great except for a few issues.
All the pet treats that can be stored in the vending machine work perfectly.
You can try to buy the "Industrial Strength Relaxation Serum" from the UI menu but it doesn't take the money out of the household funds or store it in the inventory.
The belly rub simulation can be bought and is moved to the sims inventory
the catnip based calming agent isn't listed at all.

I think the problem has been solved, so check it out.

In my case i have my vet markup set to 100% and the treats sell for less than what i pay for them. For example: i bought a treat for $75 each and they only sold for $60 each. Is this normal or have i missed something or does it only work on higher markups?
