Yes - I too thought it was very odd that this secret world could be visited by every sim from every neighborhood thank you!

Just for clarification, does this fix the existing townies from other neighborhoods becoming spellcasters, or does it reduce the amount of randomly generated spellcasters for the realm of magic neighborhood?

No, it only reduces the amount of spellcasters that will roam the HQ. Different spellcasters may appear on different days. If you want to stop the townies from turning then there is a mod by Zero (it doesn't conflict with my mod):

Thank you for this mod! Do you think you can change the ranks needed? Because my own spellcasters are virtuosos and the game never uses them as walkbys in the magic realm when I'm playing other families...

I've looked, but I can't see anywhere anything about Virtuosos and, sadly, I'm not that great at modding as to create something from scratch

How about no npc's plus no change into spellcaster clothes? I friggin hate when EA makes my sim change into stupid festival clothes. In what world does EA live in thinking these clothing changes look good on sims?

It could be possible this but in other worlds? not the realm one. I feel kind of lonely for being the only spellcaster on Sulani or other places I go.

Sulani actually mostly spawns Sulani natives on lots. As for other worlds, I actually noticed my Spellcasters roaming around. Morgyn is really passionate about gyms lately :p
