---- Increased the XP gain with Potion crafting on stove and grill

Details

This is a mod ( script + package) which allows the Alchemy potions ( RoM) to be crafted on a stove and grill

  • New 'Brew Alchemy Potion' Interaction on stoves and grills
  • Interaction opens a recipe picker menu showing the potion name, cost, ingredients required.
  • All Realm of magic Alchemy potions included

  • Made the alchemy potion ingredients optional ( the potion can be made even if the ingredients are not in the sim's inventory for a price).
  • Added a small flat price ( 5 simoleons) to the potion crafting.
  • The alchemy potions will be unlocked as you learn the recipes.
  • Since the stove/grill pot is small, each crafting interaction will produce one potion ( as opposed to 4 potions from the huge cauldron). Ingredients required are same (Price you pay for being a practical witch)
  • Custom pots for the alchemy potion crafting ( I tried to match the Cauldron colours)

Love this mod. One question though. Crafting potions on a stove or BBQ grill doesn't count towards the Purveyor of Potions: Master Mixer aspiration. Was this intentional?

Love having a different way to create potions besides the cauldron. Thanks.

Thank you so much guys! I had to make this since most of my sims dont have any space to put down the huge ass cauldron. You gotta be practical with space

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but it seems like my sim is unable to craft the Curse Cleansing potion despite having learned it.

The name of the potion is greyed out inspite of learning the recipe ? Is this on stove or the grill or both ? I will have to check it in my game!

I can't wait to get outdoor retreat to try this. The damn cauldron is far too big for some of the houses I build. :/

In my game, the potion just doesn't show up in the list.

Does doing stove alchemy give Magic XP or cooking skill?

The old version gave a very very small boost to magic XP. Now the newer version gives an appreciable XP again with each potion crafted.

Tysm ice! This is really such an amazing mod for the witches outside of Glimmerbrook that don't go all out for everything magic but still want to have casual modern magic vibes
