I couldn't find any custom content for this character yet so I went ahead and recolored a maxis suit and created my own face paint.

You can find the Joker Face Paint in the makeup category under face paint. It's available for both genders, teen and up.

You can find The Joker Suit in the full body section listed under male set, but it is available for both genders, teen and up.
