The Magic Realm School (no CC)

The Magic Realm School is the source of all magic.
Unfortunately, it is slowly being pulled apart by the swirling vortex surrounding it.
The only thing that is keeping it together is the balance between the three houses of magic.
Each house has a Sage that is the master in their respective style. If any imbalance is ever struct between these Sages the entire realm could collapse.
I really like Realm of Magic game pack, but didn't liked how EA make The Magic Realm soo I decided to make my own one which looks like school for gifted with magic powers.
Castle is huge, each Sage have own classroom (decorated by their taste), their bedroom. There are few bathrooms (one on each floor).
There is also Pottion classroom (unknown teacher there), duelling chamber, living room, kitchen, library on top floor in the center.
On the right side, there is located tower, there is nothing but memorial room to The Magic Realm founder.
Yard is enchanted, there is pond with unkown glowing plants, you can also find magic crystals around castle inside walls.
Castle is well protected from non-magic sims with strong magic.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
1. Download: Click the File tab to see the download link. Click the link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .bpi .trayitem and .blueprint file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).
3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:

Outstanding. Installed in my game and spent 20 minutes wandering around admiring the different rooms. Beautifully done and adds so much to the Magic Realm. Thank you so much for sharing.

This is the most amasing place I have seen in some time. I wish I knew how to put it in my game! You have a real talent for building things!

You have to download it first , open downloaded file. Extract all into TS4 directory, under Tray file, just paste in Tray folder all.

I'm shocked this doesn't have more comments. It is great! I was surprised that the Magic Realm School didn't have a larger lot size, but you managed to make something amazing on a space-budget. Great job! I am using it and so much happier. Thanks again!
