Two community lots for your elder sims in their retirement hood - or for any small hood. I built them with "little decks" to fit with my retirement houses.
It is not necessary to go all the way to the main hood; because this library will take care of all your library needs in your subhood. Small, but functional. It has a library room, a computer room, a small kitchen, bathrooms (with showers, for you may want to stay behind for the book and film club discussion after watching a movie) and a TV room.
Floor Plan Library:
Also on offer: a gym, which looks and fits perfectly next to the library. The gym has a workout room, bathrooms with showers, a small kitchen, a hot tub and a desk with a computer.

This is my humble contribution for the catchup2019 theme; and specifically for BackToSchool, since these are going into my retirement hood where elders can learn forever and keep fit while doing so.
Although no cc has been used, I do have some defaults in my game:
Roof trims by Honeywell : https://modthesims.info/d/555318/a-...m-defaults.html
Ceiling Default Replacement by Honeywell : https://modthesims.info/d/564982/ce...eplacement.html
Concrete wall replacement by Maranatah : https://modthesims.info/d/470106/sm...placements.html
Wall top texture replacement by Maranatah : https://modthesims.info/d/443534/aw...ee-flavors.html
White Floor Edge Replacement by Feenwald : http://www.feenwald.com/en/specials...s/flooredge.php
Deckstairs from Numenor : http://modthesims.info/d/53159
The lots are the same size and the library (164,216) is more expensive than the gym (103,782). Both lots could be run as owned businesses where an entrance fee is charged.
