This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Object description:
Flower-shaped mosaic planterbox
An elevated container of enriched soil that improves the outdoor growth of up to thirteen small garden plants, or twelve small garden plants and one tree.

12 small garden plants + 1 tree
13 small garden plant

Usage tips:
Plant your seeds directly on the ground, for after moving them with the code bb.moveobjects on the planter box.

Buy Mode -> Entertainment -> Activity outdoor > Miscellaneous

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

I love these but you have to read the instructions LOL they look AWESOME in the game.

I really love these; they are pretty, and allow plants to take up much less space in a greenhouse. But I found that the Harvest All interaction does not work with plants that are in these. Your Sim will swipe a harvest at one plant in the planter... and then stop. It doesn't matter how many of these planters you have, nor how close they are together; your Sim just doesn't continue harvesting the rest of the garden, nor does he even continue harvesting the plants within that planter.

I placed all of the plants back into the standard planters, and the problem was solved. So something about these breaks that interaction for me for some reason.
