"The Study Inn is one of the first halls of residence built for The University Experience. It has six bedrooms: three double rooms, two twin rooms and a single room, all with en-suite bathrooms. There's a communal kitchen and the hallways are full of seating and bookshelves for extra study. There's a single story gym to the rear of the hall with plenty of exercise equipment available."

The Study Inn is a residential lot, designed to look like a dormitory. If placed in Sims University, it can be changed into a dormitory for ordinary University gameplay. However if you're using a home-world University of some kind, this could be the dormitory for you. Based on the real Study Inn at Cambridge University in exterior appearance only.



Built on a 50x50 lot, the Study Inn has 6 bedrooms; 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. Every bedroom has a desk for each bed, to allow for private studying. All 6 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, fully fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and sink unit each.



The Study Inn also has a reasonable kitchenette with dining table and breakfast bar. There are two landings with bookshelves, seating, a pool table and television. To the rear of the dormitory, there's a fully equipped gym. Outside, the gardens are fairly sparse to allow for further customisation, although a bonfire pit and juice keg are provided for parties.

To the front, students will find the Partaeus Maximus Statue, to really spice up those parties! Bikes are provided for all the students.



Store Content (Not Included)
Very minimal list, this. I only used two items of Store Content for the Study Inn:

• Partaeus Maximus Statue ~ From the Party Pack, redeemed with the Limited Edition of University Life. This isn't essential, so don't worry if you don't have it.
• Skylight Studio for the Performing Arts Glass Roof ~ Could easily be replaced with other glass roofs if you don't have this set.

To appear as shown in the pictures, the lot does require Ambitions, Late Night, Generation, Showtime, Seasons, University Life and Into the Future. Additionally, I used items from High End Loft and Outdoor Living but these are fairly minimal.

The lot is in .package form and should go into your Documents/Electronic Arts/Sims 3/Library folder. The Study Inn was built on patch 1.69.
