The Techie Keep is a hangout designed with Nerds and Geeks in mind. Set as a Nerd Hangout, it features everything your gamers, scientists and astronomers could possibly need in a community lot where being a nerd is paramount to success!



Set over three floors, the lot features two chess tables, three telescopes, plenty of science equipment, comics, dominoes and arcade games. Built on a 30x30 lot, it fits into almost any build style and therefore is quite versatile in nature. There are six parking spaces to the front of the lot and minimal landscaping out the back.




The ground floor houses the science lab, which contains a skeleton, science station, brain enhancing machine and chemistry table, with a whiteboard for presentations. This room is ideal for Scientists, senior/high school students and Science or Medicine oriented University students. Also on the ground floor is The Den, with chess and dominoes and plenty of comic books to read.
The toilets are also on the ground floor and can be accessed at the rear of the building.

Upstairs is the Games Room, with a large television and games console and plenty of arcade games to suit your inner gamer. Finally, the top floor has a tiny observatory, kitted out with telescopes and a whiteboard to record your findings.

• Simsation High Res 9000i TV - This can be replaced with the large Showtime TV, if you don't have this TV.

To appear as shown in the pictures, the lot does require World Adventure, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Showtime, University Life and Island Paradise. Additionally, I used items from Outdoor Living but that's only the patio table in the back. This was built with patch 1.69.
