This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

hey, since you're making mods that replace an obgect function, can you possibly change those miniature cars from decoration to toys? maybe make them extra objects/clones instead of overrides (to keep the original ones in the game, so you can have toy cars and be able to make the decoration ones big to pretend to have a real car without children grabbing it)
also, the same with the miniature train set, ship and airplane, too?

Sorry I didn't reply sooner.
I've already started work on this for you. I'll see how it goes and hopefully get it ready and working to upload for you
I don't have unlimited time to work on things though - with work and a language class I take. But I'll try not to take forever
