I like the separate home and business concept you have in this lot. I've never thought to isolate the business this way but suppose the gate would be kept locked at all times except for family. Thanks for a delightful build. Now I have to train a florist!

Hi Sandya - I'm glad you like it
The only gates I'd lock are the two that enclose the little 'cooking' side yard I mentioned - and then, only if I wanted to keep customers out.
BUT, I would definitely keep ALL the doors of the house securely locked at all times!
Good luck, and hire help

I haven't downloaded it because I don't download lots any more, but very beautiful! I wish I was better at making split level homes look this nice.

Hi, I love this lot. It works perfectly for my sim family. But when I downloaded it, installed everything through cleaninstaller and put it in the neighborhood i noticed that "RetainingWall_Mesh and Top by tbudgett @ MTS2" was flashing blue and I had to download the set separately for it to work. I don't know if I did something wrong when installing(if i did, sorry for bothering you), but I thought I'd report it here, just for your information.
But otherwise, it's a lovely lot and the idea of making it split-level one is a genius one. It fits for a kinda eccentric florist, that wants to have a place like none other

Hmm... thank you for reporting the problem. Usually the flashing blue means you have a mesh without a texture. But, I used this mesh's default texture, so it shouldn't have done that to you. I'm sorry that it did - but, I'm glad you got it figured out, and it works for you now.

I'm really glad you are enjoying the build - I hope your sims enjoy it! I wish them much happiness and many snapdragon bouquets!

Hello, I really loved this house but I had a couple problems with it
When I place the house it doesn't have the exterior wallpaper enven though its visible on the neighborhood, and also the basement windows don't have glasses, just the frame. Can you help me please?

Hmmm... The basement window is from the Asian Fusion set - here is a link to a newer copy (maybe it has been updated? and will work better?)
The dark bricks are called "Brickfest", and come with OFB. Do you have OFB? Or maybe a wallpaper hider, that is stopping the bricks from displaying properly?
Let me know if this helps
