The Shell of this house was made by lilsimsie for her newest shell challenge. I took it and created this home you see here. It comes with a large kitchen, Living room, front porch, deck with built in outdoor kitchen. A Pool with a glass bottom that shows a lovely little garden. A large pond and a fire pit also complement the outside. Upstairs has a master bedroom with it's own balcony, a kids room, as well as an office. The House comes with two full bathrooms and a laundry room as well.

Lot fully furnished is $312,854
Lot not furnished is $114,399
Lot Price on Gallery is $304,354 (I'm not sure why)
