The Enchanted Pixie Cottage is a cozy, whimsical cottage with a woodland cabin interior. It is the perfect home for outdoorsy fairies.

Two Bedrooms
One bathroom
Kitchen
Study

Patch 1.67

As per all my uploads, this lot contains NO third party CC. I did use items from the official sims 3 store, however. The store content is not 'included' with the upload, but it's necessary to have the items in order to look exactly like the pictures provided. Any items you do not own will be replaced by items you do own.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

House is looking great, but... Dang it! It makes me a bit upset that I need to install three (!) worlds just for having one item from each. Bed with canopy and fencing are even better with World adventures. So I decided no to dowload it. Requirements are overwhelming

Here you can see more of my creations and conversions for sims 3. ;) I`ll glad to see your comments in.

You should keep in mind that the items are not so big that they'll change the look of the lot drastically. For instance, you can easily replace the canopy bed with another. I just liked it best because of the log look that I felt looked best. The roaring heights fence is also easily replaceable. I might suggest placing a halfwall, instead if no other fence will do. I would suggest having Dragon Valley for the roof end. Roof ends are not easily replaceable because they only seem to come from store worlds, but it will look OK without it.

I'm sorry the house is not easily downloadable for everyone. I spent quite a bit of time accessing most of all store content the cheapest way I could get it through simpoint ads and I use the content very often.

This is adorable! Thanks for creating it.

I'd like to make sure I have all (or at least most) of the items to keep this looking as perfect as it does. There is one item I can't find in my game when I look, so I was wondering if you could help with that? In two of the rooms (bedroom and study) there is a 3-tile shelf/arch with books. Where can I find that shelf/arch? Is it in one of the expansions or in the store? I feel silly asking because it's probably obvious, but I've never noticed that item.

Anyway, I'm downloading and using this lot.

Hmm. I think you're talking about the rocky looking shelf. I believe it comes from World Adventures. : )
