This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This package contains 9 swatches of ikat patterned denim shorts. No additional expansions are necessary besides base game.
They fit female sims, aged teen to elder and are under the category: Bottom -> Shorts in Create a Sim.

I call these "SkortWald"
