This is most uncosy prototype I think. Mostly because it has a bed that need to be hidden in closet and also it has a kitchen at first floor that seems is partly under stairs slope. But you made here all your best when tried to avoid this! I have a great interest what does actually means Carroll sign on plans near firelplace and chimeney. ^_^

Hi Vic - The 'disappearing bed' would be a Murphy Bed (like the one in Apartment Life) but, the sims version doesn't disappear into a closet, so I didn't use it. I didn't think the underside of the TS2 Murphy bed would add any class to the room! LOL! As for the stairway and kitchen - I think they are designed to be next to each other like I have them. Not necessarily on top of each other.
The "Carroll" words on the plan are simply an identification mark for the plan put there by the original architect.
I'm glad you are following the series

This is my favorite yet. I love the bay window.

Seeing the murphy bed on the original plans did leave me with a question mark above my head, pretty sure that I've never seen that before.

@Johnny_Bravo - Yeah... strange. A couple of these houses have them in the floor plans. Maybe Murphy beds were new in the 20's? I guess it was before the invention of a pull-out sofa-bed? Even some of the more posh/expensive houses have them - right in the middle of the living room. If the TS2 one looked better when it was folded up, I might include it in one of these houses; but it just screams cheap studio apartment, I can't do it

Ah, well... Thank you for commenting! I'm really pleased your following my series

@CatherineTCJD
I can imagine them being there for guests, or with larger families for parents themselves maybe.

A weird concept in today's day, though.

I come in peace
