The food goes bad very quickly and appears to continue to decay even in the backpack. Was this intentional? Again I love this addition as I am doing the Time Challenge. If it is intentional I guess I can live with it, but I would love to have it last as long as the item it's based on.

This wasn't intentional, but unfortunately there's not a way to stop this from happening besides cooking the meal and putting away the leftovers. Since the food in the inventory mimics food that has been taken out of a fridge, it acts the same way and must be cooked within a certain amount of time before spoiling. I suppose in roleplaying terms it can be thought of as needing to prepare the animal immediately after hunting it?

It's freaking amazing that there are still creators making stuff for the Sims 2. It's the only sims that i'll play. The others are okay I guess. But I prefer 2. I love you for making this!

Fantastic! Now when I send my Sims to their "cabin in the woods" for a holiday they can do more than just fish in the pond. Thank you!

Hi! I have a bug report: if a plantsim goes hunting, as they don't have Energy or Hunger motives they just never come back unless you cancel the action. Cancelling the action does have them bring home food or whatever but since it drains Energy and Hygiene/Water so fast it had drained my plantsim's Water all the way down, completely, in the few sim hours it took before I tried cancelling the action. A maximum hunt duration, plus a decrease in the hygiene motive drop speed, would fix the infinite-hunt-with-plantsims thing and prevent them from immediately collapsing from water loss when they come back.

Hi, I absolutely love this mod! I do have a question though. When my sims bring back ribs I can't seem to cook them. Whenever I click "resume cooking" the sim just waves while complaining about needing a grill, even though I already have one on the lot. Does anyone have an idea as to why it's not working?

Make sure you have a grill with a lid instead of the cheapest black one.

Question? Does this work with Castaway Stories or is it not compatible with that game? This is perfect for my game but idk if it'll work in that game or not?

Edit: The main reason why I ask is mostly because of the whole food thing where you get turkey and the food would end up spawning in your inventory where as in the Castaway Stories Food is basically a resource in your household that you get from careers or getting it by gathering bananas, coconuts, spearing fish, etc.
